I tried several times to login but I failed because I couldn’t login. Another thing that in this App there in no option to make the user name and password but it ask to use user name and password. I don’t know how people will het Benoit they can’t sign in.

I downloaded this app because my mom bought a hajj package and we have yet to receive any word or notice about her flight. And it’s supposedly in 2 days. I’m trying to log in and create a profile, but I’m unable to? There’s no option to “sign-up” only log-in. How am I suppose to know my “password” if I didn’t even sign up for one? Atrocious service and horrible communication.

the icons are there when I tried  to use the service I got error message data not available.
the contact information is there , I sent an email and what App message no response.
seems like these information is there just for show.
