### 4/5 — Chipper

*2026-07-11, version 14.0*

He’s doing ok. Still scratching and licking himself a lot. Very picky about his food. Doesn’t like the food you gave me.

### 4/5 — It’s a helpful app but I’m not one to fill out surveys.

*2023-05-02*

This app is great and allows you to ask questions and get advice for whatever help that is needed regarding your pet. It’s also a nice way of tracking your pets previous history, but I do find it somewhat inconvenient as you cannot update the information on the pet profile that to get from the adoption agency like for example you can’t update your rabies tag number or any distinguishing marks they may have or coat patterns.

The app is helpful because I can always have a place to keep track of his weight and his vaccines in one place.

The only downside of this app is that they ask you to do a survey every month, and not to mention when I first adopted my pet it was sending me surveys every week. it’s great if the survey does apply to you and your pet and you do need further assistance with their behaviour or any medical emergency, but if you’re not one to fill out information monthly or weekly this app might not be for you.

Let me add: you’re not required to fill out the survey but if the survey is not completed the notification does not go away.

### 3/5 — Cool, but wish there was more to it?

*2023-03-26, version 14.0*

This is cool for the first two weeks after you get a dog or cat. I haven’t gotten a single survey or anything since the two week mark. I also can’t share pictures like the shelter advertised. Cool to keep track of weight and vaccines though?

### 2/5 — 11/4

*2020-11-04, version 14.0*

Takes a while to load surveys. I completed them all but continue to get multiple emails daily to complete surveys. I unsubscribed and am still receiving emails. 2+ a day is too much!!
Could see this being useful for keeping track of get records

### 3/5 — App works but pets aren’t in there

*2020-09-21, version 13.2.1*

The app works for reminders and documenting information. However, even though my local shelter says my fosters are loaded, they do not appear in the app. It’s been 3 weeks.

### 3/5 — Needs improvement

*2020-05-23, version 13.2.1*

Weight tracker should allow conversion between grams and lbs.

### 4/5 — Love this app! Can be amazing with a few updates

*2020-05-23, version 13.2.1*

I really love this app! I’ve been looking for an app to help track milestones of our foster kittens and this has been the best of the 4 apps I’ve tried. It’s easy to use and setup and the additional follow-up/information provided is helpful. I would like to suggest a few app updates to consider.

- List view of multiple animals. Currently you have to swipe right to view the profile of a specific pet if you entered multiple. I think a list view option would be super helpful especially for folks who foster multiple pets at once.

- This might be a bug but when entering my second foster, the app wouldn’t allow me to backdate when the kitten came under my care. I’m now receiving survey/questionnaires a few days later based on the incorrect date.

- Ability to show weight in both lbs/ounces and grams. I’m hearing that grams is a more accurate way to monitor weight since it’s more precise. But lots of shelters record weight by lbs/ounces. It would be awesome if the app can show both in the weight tracker.

- Ability to set reminders. It would be awesome to be able to set reminder per pet. It could be vaccine reminders or just general reminders. 2 apps I tried said they had this capability but it didn’t work.

- Have a pet journal or log to be able to capture photos and videos of pet’s behavior, other health notes to share with vet/shelter, etc.

Thank you again for such a great app. I look forward to future updates.

### 4/5 — Winnie

*2020-03-01, version 13.2*

We haven’t even had her 24 hours yet but so far so good. Slept 5 hours through the night without barking in her little kennel. We had one accident on the carpet but we think we missed her signal to us. We are a bit worried because she will not eat the food the shelter told us to get when asked what we should feed her. She loves to play and eats up all attention given her. Our daughter came over to meet her and she loves her too. She is learning to sit and stay. She already knew what “no no” and “come” means. What a sweet baby!

### 2/5 — Issues with entering data

*2020-02-14, version 13.2*

Trying to enter data for vaccines and I cannot select a date received or due date. The calendar comes up blank and will only populate today’s date. App will not let me put my pups coloring in or update other significant attributes that were not put in. It is a great concept but needs some updates.

### 4/5 — Birthdate and date adopted issue

*2020-02-09, version 13.2*

The app has been great, but I can’t select my cats birthdate or the date she was adopted for now, It’s today’s date but I wish I could change it to be proper. Anytime I scroll to her birthday it scrolls back to today’s date. It’s very annoying and frustrating so if the developers could fix it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

### 2/5 — Some input functions don’t work

*2020-01-16, version 13.2*

For my Pets date of birth it won’t let me put anything thing in before February 17 2022

### 3/5 — Crashes

*2019-12-24, version 13.2*

Crashes and closes every time I hit the contact button for the shelter.

### 4/5 — Pretty great app but have some suggestions

*2019-08-28, version 13.1.1*

So far I'm loving this app. The only thing I've noticed is that I can't change any of the information on my pets profile. I wanted to update it with the mircochip and rabies ID but there was no way for me to do that? Like I said the app is awesome just could use some minor changes

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — You can’t add extra pets or update info

*2025-11-12, version 14.0*

Going elsewhere, not interactive enough

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-06-22, version 14.0*

Consistently wrong organization shown. Never confirmation about if anyone ever reads the info given. Can’t even use the app with this foster because it keeps saying I’m fostering with a different rescue. Ridiculous questions.

### 1/5 — It’s a scam! Do not buy!

*2023-05-28, version 14.0*

Do not buy. Was told to get this when I adopted my dog from the aspca and when I went to use it, the app does not load. It’s been a year and I still get the same message saying it will be back online soon.

### 1/5 — Spy app, sells personal information

*2022-12-21, version 14.0*

This is a spy app, the sell your personal data and log intrusive amounts of information from your device to sell to third parties and pretend to be a helpful tool for your pets but really they’re theives

### 1/5 — DO NOT GET

*2022-03-12, version 14.0*

My safari safety report told me it prevented 7 trackers all of which came from this site. It says they contacted the trackers 🤯

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2021-04-10, version 14.0*

App doesn’t work. It says “loading” and never goes beyond that. I opened a support ticket and they can’t find what the issue is. But they went ahead and resolved the ticket even though it still does not work. Don’t bother trying this, it doesn’t work and the support is non-existent.

### 1/5 — Keeps loading

*2021-04-09, version 14.0*

Installed, uninstalled, installed again still same problem. Simply doesn’t work!

### 1/5 — Please Fix This

*2020-04-14, version 13.2.1*

I just got the app today and every time I try and go into it the app immediately crashes and returns me to my home screen. I don't know if my phone is too old, but normally when that happens it won't let me download the app in the first place.

### 1/5 — Not loading and crashing

*2020-02-10, version 13.2*

Great concept for the app and I like how it shows your dogs info and that you can update vaccinations. However I adopted my dog a month ago and ever since then none of the surveys have worked, they just show the loading symbol for ages and also when I click the “contact humane society” button the app crashes. I have been trying to do the surveys for a month now and none of them load

### 2/5 — Out of date

*2026-03-10, version 14.0*

App has some helpful information. A lot of the links to outside sources are broken and no longer function. Looks like the app is withering on the vine….

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Two cats

*2024-01-23, version 14.0*

Both cats are doing great. They no longer hide from everyone, but come out to greet them. They are still wary of a strangers touch, but are getting better.

### 5/5 — Pretty cool

*2023-07-13, version 14.0*

This is a neat concept for new pet owners to be able to identify Im weather or not their pet is settling in just fine or not. It allows you to maintain records and also gives adobes on proper care for your new pet.

### 5/5 — Highly recommend where I got Grace from! Excellent experience.

*2022-09-15, version 14.0*

The staff that work there are very courteous. They are very efficient and it’s obvious they are working there for the right reason. The process was very smooth and very quick. I feel very blessed to have Grace in my home now and she is happy.

### 5/5 — Delightful dog !! “Jax”

*2021-06-02, version 14.0*

I got my ‘ looks like a yellow lab” a few days ago. He had adapted to our home amazingly well !! Great with other dogs at the dog park and walks well on a leash.
Thanks to the staff at the Humane Society for socializing him and loving him I have the perfect companion .
He came with as detailed paper information as the staff could provide for which I am grateful. It was touching to see the staff come and wish us well.

### 5/5 — Rascal Flatts

*2020-02-12, version 13.2*

First 24 hours has been a very happy time for all three of us. Rascal, now known as Cody, seems very relaxed and appears to feel very much at home in his new surroundings. We love him bunches already. He enjoyed the car ride home and stayed awake until bedtime. He did very well cuddling on the sofa and dropping off to sleep. Win-win for all of us!

### 5/5 — Slim Jim

*2020-01-18, version 13.2*

Picked him up last night, so glad , he really needed out. It would of taken that much longer for him to trust.
He pooped all over backseat but fortunately I don’t believe he will be one with car sickness. Seems to like outside but scared of doggie door. Hope that changes ASAP.
Slept from 7 pm to 5 am.
My other dog doesn’t know hat to think. Lol
Blue aka slim Jim jumped up on couch but not near me. Looking forward to him opening up at his time.

### 5/5 — Very useful (NYC Animal Care Center)

*2019-11-02, version 13.2*

The NYC ACC city shelter uses this app to connect to foster families to learn about the dogs being fostered. App lets you manage info on pet ranging from microchip # to weight tracking to filling out forms provided by shelter.

Solid app!

### 5/5 — Love the app, have suggestions

*2019-07-17, version 13.0*

I’m so glad the humane society set us up with an account for this app, it has been quite helpful so far. I would really like it though if there were a location to input vet visits and info received during those visits. Would also probably be nice if there were a feature for some animals that included a place to input pet medications with reminders of when to administer them. Just some thoughts for improvements for developers. Otherwise it’s a good app!

### 5/5 — Second Chance Animal Shelter

*2019-04-11, version 12.1*

Yesterday, April 12, 2019, I adopted a 9-month old kitten from Second Chance. I was impressed with the personnel and the facility. A young woman, Amy, helped me. I told her I was interested in a adopting a cat. She led me into the room where all the cats were located in cages. I indicated that I was interested in one cat that I had seen online.

However after looking at the many cat and kittens that were up for adoption, I selected Chips. I will probably change her name, but for now it’s Chips. She has been hiding under my couch since I brought her home. I’m sure she’s just scared to death and is trying to get used to the noises and smells, that are so very different from the shelter. I’m sure she’ll get used to her new space in time and will become a wonderful pet.

### 5/5 — I like it

*2018-10-14, version 12.0.0*

I usually get a response to any of my questions within a day or two. And they’re really nice. Something that would be cool is if the forum was within the app and didn’t open up in our web browser. This would make it a lot more convenient
