## What is Made of Days?

A life is made of days. This one keeps them.

Check in on the small things you actually did: slept early, went for a run, cooked, sat down with your finances, spent an evening with family. Group them into the areas of your life you care about, like Health, Family or Creating. In the app, these are your dimensions. Made of Days works out which dimensions each day lit up, and over the months the long picture draws itself.

Check in, nothing more
• One tap for a check-in. Add a time and a duration if you like, or, when that's more precise than you need, just mark it as all day, morning or afternoon
• For activities with a fixed time or duration, one tap is all it takes, with nothing to confirm
• Keep a journal for the activities that matter, a private feed of your own. Filter and search to find any entry
• Add activities from templates and you're set up in a minute
• Reminders for the activities you don't want to miss

See which days held, and which didn't
• Today shows which dimensions your day has lit up, and how the past 7 days went
• The calendar shows which days each dimension held, and where it broke off
• See which activities carry each dimension, and how your focus shifts over time
• Compare dimensions and activities to see where your time really goes
• Look back on any activity or dimension: its streaks, its trend, its whole year, and which days of the week and hours of the day it happens

Widgets for checking in and looking back
• Check in from your Home Screen, and see one activity or several, today and lately
• See where your focus has been lately across your dimensions, or revisit a journal entry from this day in past years

Update your dimensions
• Life moves in chapters, and what matters shifts with each one. Update your dimensions anytime. Your past records stay just as they were

Record the numbers that matter to you
• Log distance, weight, a score or any number you define with a check-in, and watch it change on a chart

Apple Health, if you want it
• Sleep, workouts, steps, mindfulness and more are logged automatically, judged by the rule you set. To track Early Bedtime, for example, just set the time, and the app reads Apple Health and logs it for you
• When you create an activity, import up to a year of past Health data

Private by design
• No account, no sign-up, no ads, no analytics
• No servers: your records stay on your iPhone, or in your own iCloud (see Made of Days Pro below)
