## What is Madhuraksha?

Madhuraksha serves as a ready reckoner for those with type 1 diabetes and their caregivers. It explains all basic survival skills for management of type 1 diabetes ranging from insulin injection technique, blood sugar monitoring, nutrition, exercise, hypo management and travel guidelines. It also provides various calculators for meal and insulin dose calculations to facilitate blood sugar control. This information is available in English, Hindi as well as Marathi. 
This app is developed by Diabetes Unit, KEM Hospital Reserch Centre, Pune and it is supported by Hinduja Foundation.
