This app is completely useless. I open the app to get a blank screen. I have downloaded and deleted and re- downloaded DOZENS of times in order to sign up my son for basketball. Was never able to get it to work. Missed the registration deadline because of a stupid app that does not work. He was heartbroken he didn’t get to play this season BECAUSE OF AN APP!!!! What happened to just being able to register online or at a physical place?

This app is not very user friendly and made it much more difficult to register my son for basketball than it should have been. Additionally, I had to enter information in multiple times because it kept disappearing. My main issue was with selecting the program I wanted my son to play in. It kept recognizing my information and giving me an error saying I didn’t meet the age requirements. There should have been an option here to select a participant. Very clunky, especially when it required me to download this app to register in the first place.

Poor customer service unable to register despite multiple emails.

I’ve been using the app for the senior center. At times it seems to have glitches which drops items signed up for. 

The other problem is there is no way to access the trip portal….its nonexistent.
