Unfortunately, the app only works about half the time for me. Even though I select the option to stay signed in, I’m frequently logged out. When I try to log back in, it often won’t let me access my account. It’s frustrating because the app could be convenient, but the reliability issues make it difficult to use. ### 2/5 — Brown hair with blonde highlights *2026-01-22, version 3.11.4* Sadly, they never got the color right. I tried for months to see if they would get it, showed them pictures but no luck, so I stopped the subscription. I think that for regular coloring, grey coverage, they are great though. ### 2/5 — Rising Prices, Declining Customer Service *2026-01-02* The colorists are somewhat helpful with color guidance. When I asked a question about my color, I was told to complete a step I had already done. When I explained that it had already been addressed, the response did not acknowledge this, and it was unclear whether I was communicating with a chatbot or a live person. Customer service is very difficult to reach. When I finally spoke with an agent, she was not helpful, did not address my issue, and then disconnected the call. I am not sure if something was lost in translation, but my account information was available, and no attempt was made to call me back. Prices are going up, yet customer service seems to be declining. ### 2/5 — Unable to cancel *2025-10-08, version 3.7.0* The app has worked ok during my membership with only little problems. I am now unable to cancel my membership! I pay for unlimited roots yet it seems to want to charge me each time. The ladies at the color bar can’t figure it out either. Also the membership part of the app is blank. Even once the notifications have been clicked on and read, the app still shows notifications as unread. Also receiving duplicate notifications. I just received 3 of the same notifications today. Since the most recent update, I get a blank screen that freezes the app every time I try to open my dashboard, even after I restart my phone. VERY annoying that I can’t access my personal data.
