Half the time I log in and it tells me that my accounts are “unavailable for viewing”. The other half it won’t even LET me log in, claiming that it can’t give me access. I’m then forced to call the bank and change my password through the teller. Just now, I tried to log in to check my funds and it’s inaccurate and reading “no recent activity”. Absolutely ridiculous. This app needs a major update.

I love doing online backing but this app needs a lot of work. It freezes up on my apple phone. I have to delete it and then reload it. But the most of the time that doesn’t work. I hate having to call everyday to do my banking. Hope you can fix this soon.

So unreliable, half the time it doesn’t allow me to transfer money when I need it. Hire a real tech guy ASAP!!!!!

the madison valley bank app is very helpful. only problem is they haven’t set up apple pay so you can’t use the easy apple pay on your phone like with most banks. hopefully they set that up soon :/
