After the last upgrade, I am not able to pay the subscription through the app. The app crashes whenever I click to pay.

I wouldn’t recommend even single star to this. I have ordered samples on 16-jul and I supposed to receive on 17th jul. but I haven’t received samples till now. I tried to contact the customer care but the number which they mentioned in their app is not working.. then I have raised complaint through this app 2 times, till no response from them..

The quality of milk delivered is outstanding and consistent. I believe the app is down for a while now since the rates have changed, not able to change subscription, and would be complete if it’s fixed, thus, one star down.

Loved the quality of the milk, we get a very thick layer of malai. Not even a single issue i had. Wonderful service! though i was constantly changing my address to different parts of chennai. Thank you madrasmilk for this wonderful product and seevice that u provide!
