I downloaded one map.  Now app crashes every time it is opened on my iPhone 3G. But it works fine on my iPod. Would be nice to incorporate a drop pin utility.

Does GPS location onto the offline map. Bad news is it must be installed over wifi and text is a bit grainy when zooming, etc.  Really useful to orient yourself and then refer to your paper map. Definitely install if you think you might use it.

Avoid this app. It doesn't work well, even after paying $4.99 for added features. It quits mid search, moves or doesn't add location points, routes to unwanted places, and is generally difficult to use.

Don't get the in app purchase. The offline "routing" is super basic. Doesn't suggest metro routes or even let you type in addresses. You have to select locations manually. Also the whole app is written in what seems to be translated English.

Worst map app I've ever used. You can't see anything unless you're zoomed all the way in, and then you can only see a couple blocks anyways. It nearly impossible to use.

No wifi needed, it tells you exactly where you are in the city and lets you input your destination and will give you a map to where you're going all without wifi or any Internet needed. I love this app!

I bought a couple of the Madrid Map applications, and none of the ones I purchased worked near as well as this app. I had trouble at first with the route mapper (when I put them in the origin and destination search engine, it wouldn't map the route), but shortly after emailing the seller, I was advised to double-tap each location, and it works perfectly now. Best app I've found for a handy map of Madrid, especially for free, and great service if you need help. Downloading this is a no-brainer.
