Despite providing the correct artist details, my release was uploaded to the wrong YouTube Topic Channel. This is a basic error that should have been caught before publishing. Instead of correcting their own mistake immediately, I was asked to raise another support ticket and wait several more days. As a paying customer, I expected a much more professional and efficient resolution. If you’re an independent artist, be aware that even small mistakes like this can affect your release and audience. I submitted my song on July 3 with a scheduled release date of July 10. Today is July 13, and the song is still not released. What’s even worse is that I have contacted their support multiple times, but I have received no response at all. The service is very slow and unprofessional. A friend of mine uses DistroKid and can get songs released much faster, sometimes within a day. I chose Madverse because I wanted to support an Indian platform and even purchased a subscription, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The lack of communication is unacceptable. When artists trust a distributor with their music and release schedules, timely support is essential. Instead, I have lost valuable time and received no clear updates about my release. Based on my experience, the platform appears poorly managed, and customer support is practically nonexistent. It’s a waste. They claim to accept AI songs, but nowhere do they clearly explain the actual restrictions. After taking a subscription plan and submitting your song, they come up with excuses and reject it. So if you write your own lyrics and generate songs through AI tools like Suno, there’s a high chance you’ll end up wasting your money and time. Even if Suno was only used as an assistant and the creative work is genuinely yours, there’s still no guarantee they’ll accept it. My release got stuck for auxy ai review stage for more than 3 days which gives you no upc number and they respond to my mail after another 3 days asking for the upc!!!???? Like wasted a week straight up? Now I’ll wait for another 4 days for a reply because the service team didn’t had enough info about auxy??!! That you don’t get upc during that stage.. The release time they mention is a total scam you’d never be able to release in the time they promise. I am currently attempting to distribute my music, but your application is riddled with bugs and is not user-friendly. Specifically, I am unable to progress past Step 6 after entering my release date. I have attempted this process on multiple devices, including a mobile device, a laptop, and an iMac, and the result is the same every time. The interface simply hangs or fails to proceed. As an artist, my time is precious, and these technical failures are directly delaying my release schedule. Choosing Madverse for my distribution currently feels like a significant mistake. Details of the issue: • Location of Bug: Step 6 (Post-release date entry). • Browsers/Systems Tested: [e.g., Chrome on Mac, Safari on iPhone, etc.] I expect an immediate fix or a manual workaround so my music can be submitted for distribution today. If you question them they threaten suspension or silently close your ticket. Then you again raise a ticket and wait for weeks to get reply from the honorable support. [frustrated] There’s no option to edit or fix ANYTHING, and you’ll end up stuck in an endless loop of tickets and waiting. It feels like a scam network run for money, where innocent Indian musicians are being fooled — and channels like “Sir Gamma” promoting this for money. [disgusted] You won’t find foreign users there because no one outside India would tolerate such nonsense.
