## What is Maestria?

You already know how to play. You just stopped.

Maestria writes you an original piano piece — composed for your level
and your mood, and yours to learn over four evenings. Five minutes
tonight is enough.

Not another lesson. Not another app drilling scales you'll forget by
Friday. Maestria is for the pianist who sits down some evenings and
doesn't know what to play, or why.

HOW IT WORKS

A soul is born.
A fictional character, with a name, a place, a moment, an emotion.

A piece is written.
Original. Composed for that soul alone. Never played before. Yours.

You play their story.
Four evenings to make it yours, five minutes at a time. Every note
carries intention. You know why it matters.

You don't practice a piece. You play someone's story.

YOUR COLLECTION

Each finished piece opens a new chapter, and there is no limit to how
many you can collect. Return when you want, at your own pace, with
nothing to catch up on. There is no wrong way to come back to the piano.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

— An original composition, written for your level and your mood
— The full story behind every piece
— A falling-notes guide you can slow down until your hands remember
— Sheet music, ready to download
— Your own growing collection of chapters

Maestria is not for beginners looking for a first lesson. It's for
pianists who feel like quitting, and want one good reason not to.

Play as if the story were yours.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.3.0 — 2026-09-07

Every piece was written from someone's story — and now the music sounds like it. Warmer, fuller, whole. And you reach the piano sooner.

### 2.2.0 — 2026-08-31

Tonight has a new face.

The soul whose piece you're playing is no longer a room glimpsed through a window. She's there, in her own night, doing the thing her life is about — Verin drawing her charts by lamplight, Milena turning the lamp for boats that stopped coming. And the light is alive: her flame moves while you look at it.

Everything you need is on that one screen — the evening that's waiting, the four evenings and the words you left on them, her story, the piece itself.

Also in this version:

• Your library now shows each soul's own scene. No two chapters look alike anymore.
• Coming back to your account has its own door, with words written for someone returning rather than someone arriving.
• If a subscription didn't register properly, the app now puts it right on its own — no need to restore anything by hand.

### 2.1.2 — 2026-08-18

The stage is landscape now — one keyboard, the layout you already know.

Your first evening counts: you leave the introduction with one of the four
already behind you.

Tell us the hour you're at your piano, and the reminder comes then.

When a piece ends, the next evening has a name — and you can leave a word
about the one you just played.

Signing out brings you back to sign in, not to the beginning.

Quieter repairs: the story reads properly in landscape, and the pause panel
no longer hides the stage.

### 2.1.1 — 2026-08-11

New

• A new catalogue of 45 pieces across five forms: nocturne, étude,
prelude, ballade and meditation. Each comes with its own story, and no
piece repeats until you have heard them all.

Improvements
• Audio is now generated from the notes themselves, so what you see
falling and what you hear are identical, note for note.

• Fast passages now display all of their notes. The shortest notes were
previously left out of the display, most noticeably in the études.

• The app is significantly lighter. Each piece is downloaded when its
chapter begins, then kept on your device.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-07-25

* Added 21 new unique piano pieces.
* Fixed a display issue in the gameplay area.
