## What is Maestro by Andrea Camastra?

Andrea Camastra lost his father on Christmas Eve at age eight. Started working at ten. Never planned to become a chef. Thirty years later — 10+ Michelin stars, Top 100 Chefs in the World, Gault&Millau Chef of the Year, Most Talented Italian Abroad, 4 Toques, and Innovative Chef of the Year.

His restaurant Senses was only the second in Polish history to earn a Michelin star. He kept it five years straight. When COVID shut it down, he opened NUTA — and earned another star within 13 months. Then another. Then another.

Hervé This, the inventor of molecular gastronomy, called him "the successor to the legendary Ferran Adrià of El Bulli."

He turned down Tokyo, New York, Dubai, South Africa. Instead, he built Maestro.
