When attempting to contact mSAVE from within their mSAVE app, it hangs once you submit the email (from within their app). Works fine when submitting using iPhone Mail app. Happy to mark this as a 5-star once fixed. ### 3/5 — Recommendations *2022-11-06* At the time of a charge to the card, my suggestion is to add the ability to attach the receipt immediately. Currently the user has to wait a couple of days for someone to allow for attaching receipts or supporting documentation. Last time 3 out of 4 charges need receipts . My login credentials are up to date and I’m able to get online without using the app. ### 2/5 — Force closing on app *2019-07-05, version 11.0* On the mSAVE app... my new XR iPhone isn’t allowing my to use the app... it auto force closes when I am trying to sign in... it worked fine when I had my iPhone 7... but I just recently upgraded to new XR iPhone...please get an upgrade for this app..!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2019-05-16, version 8.1* The app functions no better than the company itself. Can’t save receipts for future claims/requests. Switch apps to lookup something and this app logs you out!!!! Very slow to no response when you tap anything. ### 1/5 — Not Impressed *2019-05-08* The app is very glitchy and often times won’t open because of errors. You cannot select more than one image/receipt at a time. Often times after I have uploaded receipts the transaction still shows denied or as needing documentation, it appears that the staff do not check the transactions regularly to see what has been added. ### 4/5 — Ok so far *2019-04-16* It has been helpful and usable. Did add a bunch of receipts via laptop to claims filed online and Maestro didn’t seem to know I had done that, had to email them. But they did get right on it then. I’ve reset my password twice already to realize that it’s not me putting the wrong password in, it’s the entire system that won’t allow me to login. I dropped the option from my insurance package. It is not worth being questioned when paying in the hospital and supplying further evidence, having your card shut down, and a forever crashing website and app. ### 1/5 — Horrible user experience *2018-11-18* No way to save reimbursement requests for future submission. If you minimize the app (not force close) or try to open any other app (like a calculator), the app signs you out and you have to start your reimbursement ticket all over. Must select one photo at a time for receipt upload; not friendly when you have 20+ receipts over a month period. Frequent server errors when trying to submit reimbursement requests. Login page is not intuitive to login with. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t accept claims on iPad *2018-11-16, version 7.0* After taking a photo of receipt, claim form crashes, on iPad. The App works on iPhone, but not on iPad. ### 2/5 — Good app, freezes periodically with receipt uploads *2018-05-24* Good and and very convenient. Only issue has been uploading receipts....random errors and locks-up. Found it works better to go into the claim details to ‘add receipt’ (especially for multi-page receipts) rather than entering from the summary page. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Slow! *2024-08-02, version 24.05.00* The uploads - emails to contact through the app are freezing, taking extremely long, etc. This is not an issue for any of my other apps except this one. ### 1/5 — Latest Update *2024-07-30* The latest update is terrible. Why would you remove the available balance feature? I should be able to log in and know exactly how much is there. Doesn’t remember device or browser. Also can’t add external bank accounts for making deposits into hsa. Ask your organization to find a new company to manage your account! These crooks refuse ANY service payment/s, all “itemized” receipts, and aren’t even aware of their own documents detailing services covered! AVOID this “benefit” wherever offered! Company constantly oversteps by denying charges, then expects clients to do their work, figure out what is wrong, and correct it to their liking. This is our/my money, they do not have the right to deny my payments. Just to add a receipt it takes 6,7,8 steps. Total waste of time. Have multiple days of expenses and documentation to back it up? DENIED since dates won’t match. This app is now worthless.
