A metronome you can follow like a conductor. A glowing baton beats real conducting patterns, locked to the click, so you see beat 1 coming before you hear it. New in 2.0: whole Pieces with meter changes and programmed fermatas, pause and resume at any bar, and an iPad Podium with the full piece beside the baton. Built for conducting students, drum majors, band and choir directors, teachers, and every player who wants to feel the pulse instead of chasing a blinking light. NEW IN 2.0 • Pieces: a whole work in sections and movements, with meter and tempo changes, rit. and accel., and repeats • Programmed fermatas: place a hold on any beat in the piece editor, timed (×2, ×3) or open until you tap, then go on, breathe, or cut off • Pause and resume: stop mid-piece and pick up at the same bar after one prep beat in tempo, or go back to the start • iPad Podium: a big baton beside the full piece timeline • Smooth meter changes: the baton's path morphs into the next pattern, so you never lose your place • 5/4 and 7/4 with groupings: 3+2, 2+3, 2+2+3, 3+2+2, 2+3+2 • Silent bars: the click drops out, the baton keeps time, and the click lands back on the downbeat • Speed trainer and tempo ramps: ritardando and accelerando over the bars you choose • Start on any beat, with the right prep, and a clean cutoff when you stop • Presets: save your favorite setups and recall them in one tap • Rebuilt settings with live previews you can hear, plus a Learn screen with looping demos of every gesture • Conductor or Player view: see the pattern from the podium or from the stands • Screen stays awake while the baton is running IPAD PODIUM On iPad, the baton takes the stage. The whole piece runs along a timeline beside it: see where you are, tap a section to start from there, and keep settings open in a side panel without covering the baton. Turn the iPad upright for a music-stand view. In narrow Split View, the compact layout returns. EVERY PATTERN • 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 6/4, 5/4, 7/4 • 6/8, 9/8, and 12/8 beaten in two, three, or four, plus slow 6/8 in six • BPM labeled with the beat you conduct (quarter or dotted quarter) • Prep beat count-in so everyone starts together • Time, legato, and staccato gesture styles METRONOME ESSENTIALS • 40 to 240 BPM with fine steppers, slider, and tap tempo • Subdivisions: eighths, triplets, sixteenths • Visual-only mode: mute the click, keep the baton • Background audio while you switch apps or lock the screen • iPhone and iPad MAESTRO PRO A one-time purchase, not a subscription: • Unlimited pieces and presets • Programmed fermatas • No ads The free version includes every pattern and every practice tool, plus 1 piece and 1 preset, with ads.
