The biggest issue is that I cannot place orders directly through the app. Instead, I have to switch to Wolt to make purchases, which makes the app much less useful. Another problem is that I cannot easily check product prices in the app. I often need to use another app or service to see prices before deciding what to buy. That said, the loyalty points program is helpful, and I have been using the app for about a year and a half. The points and occasional promotions have helped me save money, which I appreciate. At the moment, the app seems to be useful mainly for collecting points and occasionally checking sales, promotions, and special offers. Features such as shopping, viewing a cart, and completing purchases are either unavailable or not working for me in Georgia.
