The biggest issue is that I cannot place orders directly through the app. Instead, I have to switch to Wolt to make purchases, which makes the app much less useful. Another problem is that I cannot easily check product prices in the app. I often need to use another app or service to see prices before deciding what to buy. That said, the loyalty points program is helpful, and I have been using the app for about a year and a half. The points and occasional promotions have helped me save money, which I appreciate. At the moment, the app seems to be useful mainly for collecting points and occasionally checking sales, promotions, and special offers. Features such as shopping, viewing a cart, and completing purchases are either unavailable or not working for me in Georgia. Sometimes the app shows blank cards or says the items aren’t available in my location and then 5 minutes later suddenly they are. The app also has an option to NOT send an alternative product if the one you want is sold out, but this is always ignored when the order is being fulfilled, so I end up getting random products I don’t need. But returning these and getting a refund is also a quest, because return function in the app is broken. I contacted their support on whatsapp – no response. Called their support – they said they will send me an email to proceed with refund and guess what – no email. Its like their support processes arent in place at all. Fair enough. But today I got another email asking me to email the developer team quoting my order number. I don’t have an order number. I just want to know why all the features this app is supposed to have are not available in Uganda. My order arrived without any bags, and I was never informed that bags needed to be purchased in advance. The delivery person placed all the food directly on the floor, exposing it to contamination, which is completely unacceptable when it comes to food safety. To make matters worse, one of the yogurt containers was already opened. This shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and quality control.
