En juillet 2021, suite a une opération inopinée (de la main…) j’ai annulé ma location.
J’ai fourni les documents qui prouvent mon opération. J’ai appelé 2 fois, une personne m’a dit que la responsable devait me rappeler… RIEN même pas un mail. Et je n’ai PAS reçu de remboursement non plus ! Ce n’est clairement pas professionnel. Et malhonnête ça ne coûte rien de contacter les clients. Je DÉCONSEILLE.

2/ Une fois une réservation faite avec un nom, ce nom reste verrouillé et on ne peut pas en faire un autre à un autre nom :-(
