But every time I try to use the app it automatically goes back to regular and keeps trying to charge for the pro again. This has happened for 9 months and customer support never answers. And they keep trying tu charge random different prices for the yearly subscription. Sometimes it recognizes the subscription after closing and opening the app on multiple occasions. But most times it doesn’t. I paid for the yearly subscription and can’t use it when I need to.
