Their format is fine, the issues are mostly technical. There are TOO many pop ups for their email newsletter and opting out of tracking settings. Their contest entries don’t always work, they broke the ‘recently played’ section 404 error, the list goes on and on….

App only works if you are in NJ, NY and PA. If you are somewhere else, you can still listen to it in iHeartRadio.
