But Apple Store shows I've paid. Reporting developer to Apple. Had no idea developers could block users even though they have paid! ..................... ORIGINAL REVIEW: the avatars are amazing, but they make you pay EVERY TIME you upload a new set of photos (or create a new "profile" as they term it.) This is not explained anywhere in the AppStore, nor in the app, nor on their website. There is no contact form on the website. I did find an email address in the app, but they do not respond to support emails. The problem I'm having is: – I didn't know I could only upload photos one time to a paid "profile". I did an experiment with the photos I selected, and the end result was that the avatars that look much older than I am in real life, they make me look terrible. And now the app wants me to pay $$ again for another upload (profile). No bueno. ### 1/5 — Forced to pay premium after paying for it already. *2023-06-07* Very sad because I genuinely liked this app and used it a lot to get art inspiration for characters to draw. I was able to make avatars, but now all of a sudden I have to buy Premium again— even though I just bought it a month and a half ago. Either give us our money back or give us our premium back. One second I was making all my avatars and the next minute it said I didn't have access to premium anymore. I sent an email to the developer. So I decided to buy the “Premium 2” and the app still says I don’t have a premium account. Well it took the money for both premiums but I don’t have either one ### 2/5 — Loved the idea not the result *2023-05-09* I love the app and it has amazing sense of art. But the app itself is so messed up! The android version is only 2 dollar more expensive and it is immensely better! After i purchased I realized I’m only going to be able to get images for one person and that’s it ( android had 3-4 ) and the worst part is if you logout and login again all your stuff goes away and you need to wait for another 24hours. Tell me dear developer what was I actually paying for? A year later, the app generated a bunch of terrible and unrealistic images that look nothing like me. Tried again, and now the app keeps saying “your images are being created” but it never yields new images. Theft. ### 1/5 — Don't let them waste your time *2025-01-04* I just want to see a free low-res example of their work before I give them any money, but it's impossible. Day after day they keep telling me to check back in a few minutes, my pictures are almost ready. All while trying to upsell me on a premium package and asking me to watch commercials (which I do). Apparently, they are incapable of delivery anything! ### 1/5 — Scam. Doesn’t ever give free avatars *2024-12-16* So I’ve been trying to get my “free” avatars for over four days now. I’ve even watched the 30 second ads to try to speed up the process to no avail. Every time it notifies me that my avatars are ready, I click on it and it says they’re still being created. It should normally take four hours NOT four days, and I still haven’t even received any avatars. At this point, I’m deleting the app and giving it the trash rating that it deserves. ### 1/5 — Be aware of SCAMMERS *2024-12-09* Total SCAM, I paid for premium and it says “I don’t have a premium account” it’s trying to make me re pay. It’s been over 6 hours and hasn’t completed generating. First it says 30 minutes until your photos are generated, but then once it’s been 30 minutes it says “you’re photos are finished generating” then you try and claim them and it makes you wait another hour. That’s all it does, after 1 hour it says “your photos are done generating” then you have to wait another hour, so that’s all you’re doing. After every hour you wait, you try to claim your photos and then it makes you wait another hour like clockwork. ### 1/5 — !!!!SCAM ALERT!!!! Keeps tricking you to watch more ads *2024-12-08* Said my avatar was ready. Then I had to watch an ad to see it. This was after watching several ads to skip the 4 hour wait time. After watching another ad, it tried to get me to sign up for premium or advertise their product on my social media. I exited that and then it told me my avatar would be ready in another hour!!! SCAM ALERT!!!! ### 1/5 — Never received my Avatars *2024-11-15* Went through the process and uploaded a bunch of pics. A day later I am still waiting. Nothing. No notifications no emails. ### 1/5 — Premium is not premium !!! *2024-07-19, version 2.0* I paid for premium and have now found out it is only useable ONCE. What a rip off. I just wanted to test the app and now I’ve used up my “premium” profile… If you’re going to do that at least make that clear when you purchase. ### 1/5 — Could not even get it launch! *2024-03-13, version 2.0* I am sad to report that i couldn't even get the App to launch when i clicked on "Get Started for Free". ### 1/5 — Slow to generate & hideous avatars! *2023-09-13* This app is the slowest one out of the 7 AI generated avatar apps I tried. It took 4 hours to generate the avatars. You are then forced to watch 30 seconds of ad to access the avatars. If the results were good, the wait might have been worthwhile but I was blown away by how hideous they look! None of them looked remotely like me. In fact, the images don’t even look human! I deleted this app immediately. Complete waste of time and energy. I dislike that even with premium you have to wait. I also dislike that I have created 2 profiles and cannot delete one to redo it with new or different photos. Premium should be permanent on the entire app and not per profile. Some of the avatars aren’t right and look not normal at all. Like, inhuman. But the ones that work work. Also, I can’t log out and back in to do new avatars. It worked once but not again. And it says it will email me my avatars but I had not gotten an email either of the two times I was able to generate avatars.
