I would love to play this game but even after downloading and redownloading it, it stops loading at 83%.  I have an iPad mini 4 with tons of storage and memory and I play other games with no problems.  The App Store shows that the game will work on my iPad so unless that is incorrect something is wrong with the app.  So disappointing.

Can’t understand your game.  You have to fill bags with chocolate ok, But elves do not appear other then if you get chocolate.  Merge but do not merge your elves.  Elves are disappearing ??? Not for me.  Peeps don’t bother with the game.

Играла через ноутбук(ВК), решила скачать на телефон, не могу войти в свой профиль. Нажимаю «авторизироваться через ВК», создаётся новый аккаунт. Писала в поддержку, пока не ответили. Не хочу терять свой прогресс. Как войти в свой же профиль?

**Developer response:** Добрый день. Авторизация через ВК нужна для того, чтобы перенести прогресс в случае смены устройства.
Мобильная Ёлочка и Ёлочка в ВК — это 2 разные игры со своим отдельным прогрессом.

Часто зависает, и приходится перезаходить, надеюсь это исправят.

I’ve downloaded this game just a couple hours ago and I’m addicted! It fun and challenging and has so many different things to do and NO ADS! I love it! Highly recommend
