I’m on level six for what seems like forever but I don’t like is I’ll turn it and it’ll turn the same way except for when I needed to seems like the computer has a mind of his own against me even on my handle when I’m flipping my beans around please update ### 3/5 — Good, could be great *2025-03-12, version 1.0.0* Really nice to have puyo puyo on my iPad with the simple solo option. The “Level Targets” however, are either broken or need to be explained better. I’ve cleared beans of a certain colour multiple times only for the target to stay the same. When it finally did decrease, I had no idea what I had done differently. Levels seem to end kind of at random and proclaim “all clear” even when that’s not the case, lol. ### 3/5 — i saw Shiroma play it. *2024-09-06* I saw Shiroma play puyo puyo, so i wanted to play it, it’s definitely bad, but as a knockoff, it’s decent. ### 4/5 — Unpolished but in a refreshing way. *2024-04-08* I am on level seven of what seems like seven quadrillion levels. The music has been the same for every level so far, the song is something like thirty seconds long. The song is insane. It isn’t annoying at all, it’s just so absurd and I literally laugh out loud as I’m playing the game because of it. It’s the perfect song for the game. I’m really not being facetious at all. The pause menu… has no button to return to the main menu. Just a button that says “exit” which, when pressed, exits the app. And it doesn’t even bother me, I think it’s so charming. Other people have mentioned the sensitivity and stuff. And I agree with that for the sake of accessibility, but personally I’ve just interpreted it as part of the challenge. In all honesty I’ve never played Poyo. I’ve played Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine. From sonic? That’s what I know this from. So I don’t have direct comparisons to draw, and I still haven’t played Dual mode but I am enjoying this game so far! The game rules are not really explained, at all. There’s counters to the side on what color beans you need to clear, but no explanation on what affects the counter. Sometimes a basic clear lowers the count, sometimes an amazing combo does. It’s all arbitrary, and possibly glitched. But the ads are way overdone. There’s an unstoppable ad after ever round. EVERY round. You can’t make your moves as smoothly and as fast as the Ai you’re going against.
