## What is Magic Browser?

A magic web browser with many amazing features:

- Copy and paste an entire paragraph (block) of text together and send it to email.

- Set your home page. One of the feature which you can't find on Safari or any other browser.

- Landscape mode with full screen view. Shake your device to show or hide tool bars.

- Save documents for offline viewing. Supported file formats:
 + PDF
 + Microsoft Word (.DOC)
 + Microsoft Excel (.XLS)
 + Text files (.TXT, .RTF)
+ Text from web page (.HTML)
+ Image files (.PNG, .JPEG, .GIF).
Saving files happens asynchronously so you still can surf the web while downloading your large files.

- Real tabbed browsing:
+ Single touch to add a new tab.
+ Single touch to go the next or previous tab. This is cool, isn't it?
+ Single touch to go to your home page.
+ Single touch to delete unused tab.
+ Single touch to stop loading a web page.

- Export (print screen) any portion of a web page as a photo your photo album. From there, you can email the photo or sync it with your computer. Clip web pages and send to EverNote.

- One input text box for you to naturally type in anything, either an URL or search keywords for search.

- Bookmark your favorite web pages and organize them into folders.

- All the tabs are saved and will be reloaded the next time you launch the app.

That's the magic of iBlueAngel.

***** Reviews from AppVee *****
Unlike the other web browser apps we’ve had a chance to review, this app could actually compete with Safari.....This app offers some great new features that we haven’t seen before on the iPhone and others that we haven’t had all in one package......This is a must have app for everyone with an iPhone or iPod Touch.

### 4/5 — not bad

*2010-07-29*

This is great browser for free. Have not had any problems with this new version.
Love the features that safari does not have.

### 1/5 — Ripped Off

*2009-07-04*

A good app, but I paid $4.99 for a $1.99 app! A HUGE rip off for the customers that bought Magic Browser when it was $5, and now it's just $2. I'm very upset!!!

### 2/5 — A step on the right direction...

*2009-06-28*

Still a bit clunky, but kind of has a copy and paste feature which is okay. iCopy for Safari is a much better copy and paste add on app. If you don't have it, google it and get it.

### 4/5 — A good alternative to safari, but needs work

*2009-06-17*

Useful features, but the email function doesn't work as advertised. Good for saving files, but don't buy if you're super happy with safari

### 2/5 — A Start (My comments from 2.1 still apply to 2.2)

*2009-04-26*

The app needs these features to be more usable:

1) When a viewed HTML page is saved, default the file name to the TITLE tag instead of blank or provide a setting to use blank or title. Show the title in the browser. If there is no TITLE tag, default would be filename from the server. And if file exists locally on save ask user if they wish to overwrite, change name, or auto-unique by adding a number.

2) Also, the folder where the files are placed is in an arcane location that was not easily found to transfer the files out to a computer. It should be in Media/My Documents or something obvious.

3) Provide access to the Safari bookmarks in the built-in browser. I hope the Open in New Tab bookmarklet would then work.

4) Provide a bookmarklet similar to SaveMyDocs to initiate a save directly from Safari.

5) Provide a way to delete cookies and cache for it's browser or if these are shared with Safari, note that in the app description or help info.

6) I notice the built in browser uses the Safari user agent and the save process uses it's own user agent. This means the saved page may be different then the viewed page. Also I use User Agent Faker with SBSettings from BigBoss, to control whether I get full or mobile versions of pages. Blue Angel should obtain the user agent the same way Safari does so that it can support User Agent Faker.

7) Provide a button in the built-in browser and/or a Safari bookmarklet that causes any links or pictures touched in the currently viewed page to be saved without first opening them and regardless of whether the file type can be viewed on an iPhone. Default file name would be the name of the file downloaded as it appears on the host server.

### 4/5 — Good

*2009-03-28*

This is a really good app for some cases. For me, safari lpads a lot faster!! I do like the copy and paste, the saving a page, and the more available options. Hopefully this will improve even more.

If you are happy with safari it's not recommended to buy this but soon it will be the best so keep that in mind!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2009-03-20*

I bought this application thinking I could copy and paste some links from word boxes and such and that there wouldn't be a lot of problems. But ohhh was I wrong.

First of all the copy and paste feature wouldn't work for copying a link out of a text box.
Then when I tried typing in the link on another page, every time I went into typing mode the screen wouldn't even show what I was typing. I had me viewing a lower part of the page instead. So when I had to type a few keys then click Done, check what I've typed to make sure I didn't mess up, then go back and type some more.

When I was in landscape mode, if I was typing something long, it would only show the middle of what I was typing.

Then when my iPods autocorrector came up asking me if I wanted a different word cuz I spelled it wrong or something, it wouldn't let me click off the autocorrector! I had to type a few more letters to get it off then erase those letters.

Also the page gets stuck ALOT. I'll be scrolling up and bam it freezes for a few seconds. But it did that about 10 times when I was only slowly scrolling up a screen that wasn't even that big.

Only good thing I can think for this is that it can load the pages pretty fast. I like that and how I can screenie pages.

But please, I payed $5 for this and feel like I've only gotten about $.50 worth out of it so far. I don't have much iTunes money so that $5 was alot to me.

Please fix these problems please and I promise I'll update my review more stars.

Overall this application is worth only $1.

### 5/5 — Just a few things

*2009-03-11*

First off I will say that, as I use an iPod Touch, being able to save pages for offline view has been very useful to me. All the other functions are nice ("copy/paste" in paticular) but that was what really got me to buy the app.

Edit: With opening links that are popups, landscape, and now full screen view I am pleased to say that I use this almost exclusively. The only thing I use Safari for is for saving pictures to my iTouch. One other thing that would be nice is the ability to open links to a new page.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2009-03-09*

If this app could somehow incorporate the "ShapeWriter" utility for keyboard NOBODY would use anything else. I don't know if that would be possible, but I would easily pay $20-$30 for an app that could do that(Plus what this one already does). It is amazing anyways. How can you live without copy and paste. It's worth $5 just for that. This app is $5. The paid version of ShapeWriter is $10. The people from iblueangel and ShapeWriter need to get together and make this happen. Sell the app for $25-$30, and everyone just doubled their salary.
