As my kid says, “this app stinks!” Buy a different app. Chose this app so my young kids could learn how to solve by learning the process. Impossible to use this app if you are a beginner. No explanation of the abbreviations. For the price, one shouldn’t have to guess how to use the app or what abbreviations mean. Waste of money and time. ### 2/5 — Roux Algs are messed up *2022-02-19* The person doing the algorithms in this app clearly have no idea what they are doing when it comes to CMLL and Roux. There are no "y "moves in Roux. But yet there are 22 algorithms with Y moves. That massively needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Comprehensive but no documentation *2019-04-03, version 2.3.0* This seems like a well made app with a comprehensive catalog of moves. However, I should have paid more attention to the terse, technical sounding AppStore description because after buying the app I discovered that it makes no attempt to explain what any of the moves are for, what the groupings of the moves mean or how you should use the app as a whole. Nearly every menu item and tab heading is a 2-4 letter acronym like CFOP or EG1 or 4LLL. There is not so much as a definition of the acronyms or a web link to help you to understand what these mean or how you should use them to help solve a cube. The AppStore description doesn’t say who the intended audience is but my guess is that this app is intended as reference material for someone who has already extensively studied various methods of cube solving (and possibly a branch of advanced math called Group Theory). I think with a little documentation, direction for how to use it and some references for further reading this could be a great app but as it stands I’m unable to use it. Such a bummer because it looks really cool ### 2/5 — Great app when it works *2018-07-07* Shows all algorithms for cfop and also an animated cube performing the moves. Really great for learning. However... the app has been broken for a couple of months now. Every time I try to open it I get a white screen for a few seconds and it fails to launch. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same results. I’m using an iPhone 7 with up to date iOS. Tried contacting but it took me to a Chinese “Facebook like” website. I'm not the best with notation and it makes learning all the algorithms so much easier. I've only had it for a while and know nearly half of the PLL algorithms.
