Maybe, it’s supposed to work out of the box but not this one. Sadly I cannot return to Amazon because it’s been sitting over a month. Save your money and buy something that hopefully works !!! **Developer response:** Don't lose heart. This camera device can be used once it is fully charged. Please contact the online customer service and recharge the data traffic according to their instructions to use it normally. Bought 3 for the property. First month is free with the cameras, $7.99 per camera after that. Comes with a strap for the solar panel & strap for the camera. The videos are good quality and the camera does a good job with alerts. I would buy again if any of these broke. The 1 frustrating part is after 1 month, it tells you the camera is full, when it’s not. Which is maybe the way of telling the consumer it’s time to buy a package.
