Scammers! 
I downloaded the app with a trial period of 3 days. I tried it - I didn't like it, but I couldn't unsubscribe from them! I wrote to them directly with a request to cancel the subscription, and then I was charged for the whole year. They didn't want to return the amount. I had to go to the bank.

Please fix the app immediately I love it but it keeps saying it’s analyzing but doesn’t produce no results? It was working okay for a while but then it completely stopped working completely and keeps coming up with an error message at the end after waiting so song for it to analyze
