После покупки работала лампа без проблем. Объединил с аккаунт с Алисой. Но внезапно перестал передаваться пароль сети на лампочку. Хотя ее вайфай виден. Не пойму, в чем проблема. Может кто сталкивался?

Levou um tempo. Resetei a lâmpada conforme fabricante, depois fui configurar ela de novo. Ela tem um wifi, você tem que conectar com o wifi dela, enviar a senha do seu wifi normal, depois voltar para conectar com seu wifi. O app não explica bem. Deixe bluetooth ligado também. Meu é iPhone 11.

Não consigo resetar a lâmpada para poder conectar ela com o Wi-Fi . A lâmpada só fica piscando rapidamente e não conecta. Mesmo ligando e desligando a mesma ela não entra no modo respiração. O app não dá nenhuma assistência em relação a isso.

My light has been stuck on red for weeks cause the app won’t work. I have wifi and data the light has a mind of its own. It connects randomly when it feels like it every week for a couple hours. If I’ve chosen a light setting for me to sleep and want to wake up in the morning to find things in my room I can’t reset it to normal because the connection won’t work, and I’m left in darkness. The customer support is awful and I filed the issue nearly a year ago now with no response. Just purchase a light with a remote instead.

I bought one of the bulbs for this app and it all worked as it should, after about 30 frustrating mins of messing about and trying to connect properly. So after a few weeks of working well I bought another bulb, this is when the problems started. I couldn’t connect the second bulb no matter what I tried. I eventually gave up only to come back to it months later (today) to try again. I now have the weird situation where my original bulb works through Alexa but this app can’t find it. The new bulb now works but only through this app!! It’s all a bit of a mess and there seems to be no logical reason for it other than a poor quality product. Great when it works, but there is an inherent risk in relying on it to do that.

La utilicé para conectar un foco inteligente chino que compré en aliexpress y no tuve ningún problema con la sincronización wifi, también pude conectarlo al echo dot de Amazon (Alexa) sin ningún problema y ahora, todo lo utilizo sin problemas, buena app, solo verificar que sus dispositivos son compatibles con esta app
