This was due to the fact that starting IOS 16 the protocol we used to control STB is not anymore by default working. Asking me to pay to use this remote how I know if this remote working or not. Yes it cost $2.99 wow! To get all the button features. Download, entered the one time secret PIN code from tv screen and now works perfectly from anywhere in my house, as long as I’m on the same wifi. Now I can stream my mag to any tv with my wireless hdmi and change channels from my phone. I have no problems with your remote. I just wanted to purchase the paid option as it looked very nice. Once I paid I couldn’t download the new remote which said update here.
