LE: Am reușit într-un final. Trecând peste problemele inițiale, este o aplicație ok pentru managementul programărilor la salon. 

Am descărcat aplicația pentru a-mi putea face programări, însă, din păcate, nici măcar nu pot ajunge la opțiunea de programări deoarece la instalare, aplicația îmi cere permisiuni de locație pe care vreau să i le dau, dar când apăs “continuă” nu se întâmplă nimic.

Nu este un App completo. Nu se pot vedea tratamentele facute. History. Cand ajungi in salon nu se stie ce fel de tratament ai rezervat. Se pierde timp.

Este a 3a oara cand incerc sa iau aplicatia si sa fac o programare in decursul a 2 ani si pot sa zic ca am ales alt salon doar pentru ca este imposibil sa programez extensii unghii false.
Modul de programare este oribil, ai cateva optiuni prin care trebuie sa treci ( doresti unghii semi gel? Doresti french?) si nici una nu se potriveste cu situatia mea, iar cand trebuie sa ajungi la pagina de programat timpul, este extrem de buggy. Trebuie regandita si simplificata sectiunea de servicii si booking.

Magic salon a pornit ca o idee buna care a esuat, se lucreaza pe banda.... fetele de la receptie grabesc intr-una cosmeticienele, manichiuristele si coafezele. Din pacate clientii/clientele trag ponoasele! De fiecare data cand am fost oricare dintre fetele care imi faceau unghile sau ma epilau au fost grabite pentru ca venise deja cealalta programare su cand m-am plans la receptie de fiecare data mi sa raspuns arogant si flegmatic, cu spranceana de rigoare ridicata!

The user experience can definitely be improved. Not to mention the design. At the moment I’m struggling with a malfunctioning: the “Trimite programarea/Send appointment” button is not working.. which makes the app quite useless. I’m currently using it just to see the prices.

Too bad the app itself looks good and very informative. But keeps lagging and freezing. The recommendation and gift section not working much with the contacts. Freezes the you need to reopen. And when scheduling a cut, on calendar view, hardly changing after the selection of date and barber. This happened to me on iph15 pro

Am mers pentru prima dată la acest salon și am rămas încântată de rezultatul obținut, cu singuranta mai revin.

Totul a fost perfect! Tratament facial, mani-pedi, epilat, pensat, tuns, vopsit, coafat. M-am simțit in mâinile unor adevarate Profesioniste si tare simpatice toate. Recomand cu mare drag acest salon de pe bulevardul Obregia.

Sorana este foarte draguta, rabdatoare, sociabila si mi-a decolorat foarte frumos parul, vopsindu-l ulterior intr-o culoare superba, chiar mI frumos decat ma asteptam!
De asemenea, am facut simulare pe aplicatie inainte si a fost foarte apropiat de realitate.
Recomand!
