Unfortunately it keeps freezing in the little animal side event right when the guy is trying to teach you how to exchange the adult animals for other baby animals. I even uninstalled the game lost all of my progress and started over thinking surely it wouldn’t happen again or they would fix the bug. Nope. Same thing, same place. And it just reopens the app to the exact same place if I try to restart it. Definitely not worth starting over a third time from the beginning. Maybe if you never go into the side events you won’t have the freezing problems. ### 2/5 — App won’t open *2025-02-14* App keeps messing up and I just paid for students island and it’s acting up. It didn’t unlock the small students island? I want to play this game but I don’t want to just give my money away either! I hope this gets fixed. I’ve emailed you a couple times today but haven’t gotten a response?why don’t anyone respond to someone’s problem when there’s issues on your end. The graphics are terrific. But….Grabbing items is very frustrating as it misses a lot and moves the entire picture instead of the item. Clicking off on the timers is also frustrating and misses a lot. The daily tasks are hard to get because it always has catching flying items which hardly ever fly so your waiting a lot if you want to try. Also similar games have pop up an ad once in awhile when you click. This game constantly spams floating ads on nearly all your actions over and over without mercy. My screen zooms in all the way to the left and I am unable to toggle to move the screen. So if spend any money whatever it is you purchased you won’t get and they’ll deny you a refund. It’s better to be safe than sorry. I just deleted the app because they denied my refund. There’s so many games just like this one and some that are better. Exit out of the game and go back in and it went to the same spot hand in the item can’t touch anything else and then frozen. Very similar to another game I won’t name where I’m at level gazillion, but still unique and novel enough for me to look forward to collecting the cute animals, you had me at unicorns, and discover new characters and all. However, since day 1 of the latest event, it’s frozen. Like ice cube, frozen! So I’m stuck on « hey, you got mushroom, I can exchange it for you » and then a big flat nothing. Frozen solid and no-thing-works. You order something and it says purchase all set then it kicks you out of the game, won’t let you back in until 2 hours later and then you didn’t get what you purchased. We usually call that theft. I messaged and got no response. So i decided to delete the app and redownload it. Since I didn’t get a response with my message I decided I would buy the lands a second time but if this happened again I certainly won’t spend more money. Now, it’s frozen on the event page. Everytime it restarts it’s still on the event page, it has me exchange the parts and then it just freezes. I try to go to the home page and it just doesn’t let me do anything. No matter what button I push, it doesn’t do anything. Then when my internet is connected it says “ no internet” and it tells me to turn my cellular data on so I do and it goes to the event page and then just freezes again. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet.
