Die App ist großartig und für die Schüler*innen sehr informativ und spannend gestaltet.

Leider ist der Kundensupport und Verständnis/Toleranz gegenüber dem Kunden unterirdisch. Die Lizenzen werden mit den T-shirts geliefert, auf einem kleinen Notizzettel auf Spanisch, sodass nicht ersichtlich ist, das man dieses für das Freischalten der Lizenz benötigt. Von Seiten der Hersteller gibt es keine Toleranz, das heißt bei Verlust wird einem kein neuer Lizenzschlüssel zugeschickt und die T-shirts sind nicht nutzbar. Es wäre ein leichtes den Lizenzschlüssel digital auszuteilen, sodass der Verlust verhindert wird. 

Auf E-Mails wird nicht geantwortet. 

1 Stern nur für die App an sich, ansonsten 0 Sterne.
