## What is Magic Talking Dog?

Your dog's photo starts talking — and the photo never leaves your phone.

No uploads. No sign-up. No generative AI. No microphone. The mouth is found and animated entirely on your device, using classic image processing. What happens on your phone stays on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a photo (a front-facing close-up with the mouth closed works best)
2. The app finds the mouth line and shows it to you. Tap "Looks good" to confirm, or fix it by hand with three simple handles and tap the same button when you are done
3. Tap play and watch your dog talk

FEATURES
- Automatic mouth detection with a confirm step: you always see where the line is before the magic starts
- Manual mode: drag three glowing dots to place the mouth line exactly
- One button, "Looks good", finishes the mouth line and clears it from the screen
- Magic reply: tap once and your dog says a line back (fixed phrases stored on the device)

This app has no servers, uses no microphone, and makes no sound. Your photos and your dog stay with you.

- The mouth line is now confirmed with a single "Looks good" button, and the same button also finishes a manual fix
- Once confirmed, the line no longer reappears when you stop the lip sync
- Voice input (microphone) has been removed; the app no longer uses the microphone at all
- "Magic reply" now answers as soon as you tap it
- Removed the dog-language sound, which was barely audible; the app now makes no sound
- The living animation is always on, with no toggle to worry about
- Removed the head-tilt button to keep the screen simple

- Fixed: voice mode (microphone) could fail to start
- A stop button now stays visible on the photo during lip sync
- Fixed: sound could keep playing after leaving the app
- The dog now barks when the mouth opens during playback (toggle with Dog Language)

- UI no longer hidden behind the home indicator on newer iPhones
- Removed the in-app promo card
