If you navigate away from the app, the work timer stops. At least if I listen to iTunes during work period. 

Fail.

This app helps me stay focused on my work knowing I have a break scheduled. I like that I can adjust the lengths of break and work and pause the break when I need a minute to finish something. 
Please update it to work with the Apple Watch!

The only thing that could make this better is if it added a work cycle counter that I could reset whenever I wanted. I use the 30 min work cycles so I would know that when my work cycle counter hit 16 that I had put in a full 8 hours of work.

Does what it was designed to do.  Also customizable to your own time preferences.  Personally, I like to work in 35 minute intense study sessions interspersed with 10 minute breaks.  I can work for a long time that way without getting burned out.
