Which it states would start in May of 2024 because we already have a subscription. Why am I paying for this if everything is locked? Now I just want to end the subscription before they start charging me for a defective app. Can’t find the subscription anywhere on any of my accounts. But it’s in my purchase history. It’s up-to-date but this app continually crashed before she could ever even play so we just had to cancel the trial.
