## What is Magical Transformation?

Magical Transformations is the training and nutrition app for members of the Magical Transformations coaching community.

Follow the workout program your coach built for you, log every set, and watch your numbers climb. Track your food against macro targets set from your own stats. Log your weight, take progress photos, and see how far you've come.

Training
Your assigned program, day by day. Log sets and reps with last session's numbers already filled in. Demo animations for over 1,300 exercises. Rest timers between sets.

Nutrition
Search a full food database, scan barcodes, or estimate a meal from a photo. Daily macro targets calculated from your height, weight, activity level, and goal. Save your favourite meals and repeat them in one tap.

Progress
Weight trends, progress photos side by side, and a journey map that moves forward every week you show up.

An access code from your coach is required to create an account.

Magical Transformations is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
