That’s understandable and maybe nothing can be done about that. It would be nice to be able to block numbers though, which I think could be added to the app. For texts, the same VOIP problem with some orgs. Also no images and text gets broken up into many different short segments. Maybe because VOIP has severe limitations with the SSMS protocol. And again, no way to block unwanted numbers. ### 2/5 — Tech support is complicated *2026-06-08, version 5.8.1* Im not sure if this is a bug but my text messages are no longer sending. As this is used for work it is been a huge inconvenience as it has happened randomly, and to add I’ve already paid to have access to the number for a while, its unfortunate. Reinstalling causes you to lose messages and it still hasn’t fixed the problem. Hoping to get a resolution/response on here but if I were you it’d make more sense to just pay for an additional number- you’ll at least have access to your messages ### 5/5 — Try it and you’ll never be without it. *2026-05-18, version 5.8.1* It totally eliminates Robo calls. I was curious if anyone else complained about not being able to receive pictures and sending pics and long behold someone did. Sending and receiving pictures of work schedules for instance. That is putting this app a bit behind towards competitive future of other app technology. Some apps are now free and use cell networks. MagicJack seems to stay stagnant with simplicity in some ways. Calls drop or the other caller can’t hear me. It’s extremely frustrating!
