I contacted support and received no response. Charging users for failed outputs while providing no customer support is unacceptable. On the next try it added 2006 not 2026 like it’s supposed to be so I wasn’t able to use it either…. Very simple app but there are better and free out there that could do it in more professional way…. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2025-12-25, version 1.10.0* Cannot use it actually! Loading a word”failed to load templates”/ failed to fetch CMS Data: failed to get document because the client is offline” ### 1/5 — Not clear *2025-11-25* Sweet idea. You get 50 credits for free then have to purchase more - fair enough. I uploaded one kiddy drawing and used 20 credits to animate, came up sweet but only two people (out of 5) were moving, so I chose option ‘start again’ for this very same picture, in hope it may present alternative animation and I can choose between both, only to discover that it charged another 20 credits just to add a little girl crawling over the ver drawing which was a bit strange…then I had no option to see the initial animation anymore, therefore need to but more credits if I want to go again. I considered buying more credits to animate more kiddy drawings but it’s too unpredictable to waste your money on. Shame. Based on your comments, we’ve identified several areas we can improve: ・Image-to-video quality (character motion, unexpected additional objects) ・User experience for non-logged-in users (clearer explanation of "Start Over" and allowing users to revisit previous results) ・Amount of free credits (improving the experience before making a purchase) Each animation generation requires running the AI model again, so the system deducts credits each time; at the moment, “Start Over” is treated as a new generation. We understand how this could be confusing or inconvenient in your situation, and we’ll take your case into account as we refine our logic—such as allowing users to view previous results or offering alternative versions for the same image. Our team is working hard to make animations more controllable, stable, and predictable. We will also re-evaluate the credit usage rules to avoid giving users a sense of waste. Thank you again. ### 1/5 — 詐騙 *2025-11-15, version 1.7.0* 試了兩次，根本生成不了！ ### 2/5 — You have to read this before buying it *2026-07-23* When you get the app, it gives you 20 coins and you lose all those coins after you do a couple pictures or videos and if you want more coins, you have to buy your own coins when you sign into the app it doesn’t give you coins. After you sign in, you have no coins you have to pay over $15 just to get coins waste of money. ### 2/5 — Annoying but cool. *2026-04-13* PLEASE READ!, This app is so cool! I love the drawing to video! I made an awesome animation of a kitten.But it is very sad that you have to pay for a lot of it. I mean, 3 things then I suddenly have to pay!?!? That is the WORST idea in the history of editing. And there are a LOT! I just really sucks. And I wanted to make some more of a girl, but I can’t. I feel sad and cheated. I would very much appreciate it if you could please make it free for all. Other than that if I could get all of it, I would give it 5 stars out of 5.
