Sometimes itll start replying again after a few hours and a gentle nudge to continue but its not always. I'm supposed to get 1 million words on my paid plan but i struggle to hit even a quarter of that with how it decides to stop replying constantly. **Developer response:** Big new update out on Mac! NOT WORKING - STEER CLEAR! *2023-05-15* I was among the first customers and although the service worked in the beginning for a while, even with disruptions; lag and other issues, UNFORTUNATELY it has stopped working since March 2023, not only that but I also got charged erroneously another 3 times for the same service which I already had paid for in full that doesn't even work!!! I have sent several emails complaining about the issue and I received no answer nor did I receive a refund for the service I paid for 4 times over THAT IS NOT EVEN WORKING. Sure, most people won't know to/how to bother with such... you'll make margins... and you're sitting in between all the requests anyway... so why not have an option to bring your own tokens? ### 1/5 — Begs for rating *2023-04-23* Just opened app, did not even get a chance to see interface and the app immediately asks for rating. ### 3/5 — Works great until things get long *2023-04-15, version 1.1.143* On Mac, the app works pretty well for small-medium sized prompts in the 100-200 word range, but once things go beyond that, the app slows to a crawl, becomes practically unusable, and causes my SOC to reach temperatures upwards of 90 degrees C, which is something I have never seen anything do to my M1 Macbook since launch besides things where that is expected such as gaming or benchmarking. Upon giving it my PDFs to analyse (it branded feature making it better than regular chat GPT) and it's a CHRONIC LIAR, it will constantly deny and fight back against the user, not at all a pleasant experience. I was trying to get it to read 2 PDFs, one containing the content I want to write abbout (about 5 pages) and one a template for how I want to write it (about 2 pages) and it relentlessly would tell me stuff wasn't there or whatever. You really have to wrestle with it to get it do anything...PLEASE REFUND ME ### 1/5 — It doesn't do what it claims *2023-05-16, version 1.1.151* I am writing a thesis and wanted to find a PDF chat solution that could deal with multiple PDF files simultaneously. This apparently did, so I downloaded it. I uploaded four papers, and asked it a question. I needed to pay the $8 to try it out. So I did. It could only talk about the last paper I uploaded. So it doesn't interrogate multiple PDFs as it claims. I just wasted 8 bucks. It has a nicer interface than the website. Little steep, and I wish it had something to it that really blew me away, but I can't complain, it is pretty great at what it does.
