Its most annoying when a call comes in and when you pick it up the call gets dropped. When i am in the office however, the VOIP works great. We’d also frequently drop calls and they recently changed it to only allow calls on one phone number. My mom told me about magic jack because she uses it for home. Set up didn’t work flawlessly, it gave an error message I couldn’t get around and customer service wasn’t open. But somehow I fixed it and was able to use the number. We have been using it on our work iPhone for about 3 months now and it’s been amazing! Never any dropped calls, voice is coming through very clear and I appreciate getting emailed voicemails so I never miss one. The hold music is a nice touch and best of all it’s really CHEAP! App was running in the background the entire time! -NO CONTACT SYNCING VIA NETWORK- MagicJack Business desk-phone does NOT show any contacts.
