Openly their representatives are telling us for getting a good sales, purchase magicpin's package else restaurant owners will face the harassments and won't get any sales. Not only that we got mild threaten from one of their representative like they will never get any sales, they will shut down your outlet without letting us know blah blah when we denied to purchase their package. We have shared one conversation recording of their representative to our local authorities also. I’m not frustrated, but I strongly advise you not to rely on their promises. You’ll end up paying nearly 60% of your earnings to them, and before your current package is even over, they’ll push you to purchase another one. If you don’t buy the next package, they will slow down or stop your sales until you do, forcing you into a cycle of repeatedly purchasing their sales packages. Most of the leads were either unresponsive, irrelevant, or had no genuine interest in the services. The quality of leads was far below what was promised, making it a waste of both time and money. Messages were ignored. The promised work was never completed, and there was zero accountability from their team. What frustrated me most was the aggressive sales pitch before payment versus the complete silence afterward. It honestly felt like they were only interested in collecting money, not delivering results. After facing this, I started checking reviews online and realized many other users and merchants have reported similar experiences involving false promises, poor customer support, refund issues, and being ghosted after payment. There is no customer care or support or anything. If you still want to go ahead with their subscription ask them to make you talk to an existing customer from your city whose business has increased. This is the SECOND TIME an AdSales campaign has been activated on my account WITHOUT my permission or consent. This clearly indicates a serious issue in your system or process. Activating paid ads and enabling auto-renewal without explicit approval from the merchant feels like a forced and unauthorized action. Charging ₹17,700 for something I never approved is completely wrong. This kind of behavior creates a strong impression of misleading and unethical business practices. I have completely lost trust in Magicpin. If this is not cancelled immediately and no deduction is made, I will escalate this issue further and take appropriate action. Fix this immediately. They constantly charge this and that and then add another service. None of the services are good. Neither do riders arrive on time, nor do they make payments properly. The salesperson was extremely persuasive, using calculated numbers and examples to show how my business would benefit. But this “growth” turned out to be fabricated and unsustainable. Hidden Terms on Discount Calculations: Initially, they told me that Magicpin’s commission would be deducted from the MRP of the products. However, once I was locked into their package, I realized that the commission was actually being calculated on already discounted prices — not on MRP. This drastically reduced my margins, leaving me with very little to no profit on orders. For example: • If my MRP was ₹100 and I offered a discount of 30% (selling price ₹70), they calculated their commission on ₹70, not ₹100, despite claiming otherwise. • On top of this, they inflate the “benefit” by showing high “app usage” numbers that don’t convert to real footfall or loyal customers. If you are a small or local business owner considering Magicpin, do NOT fall for the 2.5x growth trap. It’s a model built on unsustainable discounts, misleading metrics, and hidden charges that erode your profitability under the guise of growth. I regret trusting their sales pitch and would strongly caution others from making the same mistake. They change their policies by themselves without letting know their restaurant owners. Give big false commitments and try to take as much money as they can from their partner restaurants. Please go and list your restaurant on zomato n swiggy but please for god sake never list on magicpin.
