It showed as 35-45 min for delivery. It is fine even if it is delivered 5-10 min late. Even after an hour at 6:30pm it was still showing 19 min to deliver. I texted rider regarding my delivery timing. Rider dint respond. I still waited till 6:40pm & it still showed 19 min to deliver. I raised a complaint regarding this issue through app. They told they will redirect to another rider & they redirected at 6:40. Again when I tried contacting 2nd rider at 7:05pm. He is saying he is unable to find dominos store. Are you serious. He is asking me for address. He was polite. But my point is if he dint find the store, he shd hv contacted me atleast by 6:45pm. At 7:05pm he said he is not finding & asking me for directions. I checked. It was near his location. Both of us tried contacting that dominos store several times. Both numbers were not valid. Later at 7:15pm my order was cancelled by Magic Pin. I starved for more than 1.5hrs. It’s not loading up. Nothing is loading up. It was never like this. It usually started this and I was promised free Delivery and now they are forcing me to pay about ₹40 just for a rider to be assigned, ma’am, how is that free, Delivery? That’s just cheating. And now that I have ordered it, and I swear to God, the shop is like five minutes away from me, and still they showing me that they order. I receive after 56 minutes. That’s outrageous, I had just ordered something two minutes ago, and I said that the address is not correct that foolish camera app told me that the food is already prepared. I ordered like two minutes ago and that’s not the whole deal. The thing they are trying to cancel my order without any refund. I ordered a vegetarian meal but received an item that appeared to be non-vegetarian. As a vegetarian, this was not a minor mistake—it meant I couldn’t consume the food at all, and I had to dispose of it. I reported the issue immediately and shared clear photographs as proof. Instead of resolving the issue with a full refund, Magicpin decided to refund only 50% of the order value. I repeatedly explained that the wrong item was delivered and that the food was completely unusable for me, but they kept repeating the same response. The most frustrating part was the support experience. I spent days following up through chat and email. Every time I contacted them, I received a different explanation. First, I was told the refund would be credited within 7 days. After waiting, they started asking for my bank statement. Then they even shared incorrect payment information, claiming that part of the payment had been made through the Magicpin wallet, even though I had paid via UPI. Despite providing all the evidence and spending several days following up, the final response I received was simply, “This is the best we can do. We can only provide a 50% refund.” No proper explanation was given as to why I should pay for a mistake that was entirely on their end. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A customer should not have to spend days chasing support for a refund after receiving the wrong order. If this is how customer complaints are handled, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Biggest fraud ever happened w me *2026-05-25* So basically me and my friends went to the cafe, the pallet which is there in Chhatarpur, so we had paid the bill using magicpin as we had a great discount on it, but the cafe owners denied that they are not accepting the payments from magicpin as they were not able to redeem payments from magicpin. They had already informed magicpin to remove their cafe from the outlet. They have been doing the fraud with the cafe as well, and the staff of Cafe told us that they will refund us that the but the refund never came off. Initially, the team of magicpin was replying us, but after they got to know that yes, they are very serious about the matter like we are very serious about the matter. So they started ghosting us. They are not replying us on the app, they are not even replying the Instagram page. They are not even replying us on the customer care number. They are not picking up the call, they are the biggest fraud ever. We had to pay original amount of the bill AGAIN in the cafe. On several occasions, my orders were accepted on a prepaid basis, but after waiting for a long time (sometimes around 90 minutes), the order eventually got cancelled due to rider unavailability. There have also been instances where the order appeared to be picked up, but the delivery never arrived and the order had to be cancelled. While refunds were processed in those cases, it doesn’t really compensate for the time lost and the inconvenience caused. This becomes especially frustrating when ordering dinner late at night. By the time the order gets cancelled, many restaurants are already closed, leaving no option to reorder from somewhere else. Andddd not only this, I kept my calm gave these guys 4 hours to resolve this, woke up this morning after 9 hours to when I complained and it’s still not resolved. And they are calling this “priority” case, I wonder what kind of nightmare experience other customers must be dealing with. It’s ridiculous man, and now the customer care don’t know by when it’s going to resolve since it’s last there TAT.
