Doesn’t work in a very small home

I purchased a paid magicplan subscription, but I have been unable to access my account.

I have requested a password reset repeatedly, but the reset email never arrives. I checked my inbox, spam and junk folders and tried multiple times over more than a full day.

I then contacted magicplan support. Their AI support agent acknowledged that the issue requires investigation by a human Support team and instructed me to click “Escalate to Support.”

The problem? The escalation link leads to a 404 – Page Not Found page.

I reported the broken link, and the AI support agent responded by asking me to click the same “Escalate to Support” button again. I did — and it still leads to the same 404 error.

So at this point:

* I have paid for a subscription I cannot use.
* The password-reset system is not working for my account.
* The escalation link to human support is broken.
* I have spent more than a full day trying to resolve the issue.
* I am still dealing with an AI support bot instead of a human who can actually restore access to my paid account.

This is extremely disappointing for a paid professional service.

I am happy to update this review if magicplan provides actual human support, restores access to my account, and addresses the subscription time I have lost. Until then, I cannot recommend paying for this service.
