This app is completely broken. Most of the UI buttons don’t work and I can no longer see my litter box in the app, not can I add it back because most of the UI doesn’t work.

I don’t have an account yet.   Just got the item and when I choose register it is asking me for my email then  a verification code.  How do I get that? I put my email in but I have no code!!!!!!! My item came with no instructions.
