I have the same dining alerts set up for both apps. This app has only sent me a few alerts in several weeks, the other app sends me alerts constantly. Don’t waste your money on this app!! ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2025-10-29, version 1.0.16* This is a waste of money, I got this app to make sure I got notifications when the restaurant I wanted to eat at was available. When I did get notified it was the right day, but the wrong month. So I paid for another app and kept this one so I could make sure I got my reservations. I got notified when my reservation was available from the other app and not this one. However, the process to log in and reserve was far too clunky. By the time I clicked through all the steps, the spots were already gone. It needs a much faster, more streamlined user experience to actually be useful. ### 1/5 — Premium purchase didn’t unlock anything? *2025-07-01, version 1.0.14* I have 1 alert set and purchased premium to get higher priority. I then went back a few days laster to add another alert as it says you can do on premium…now it says I’m on the free tier. If I try to purchase or restore a purchase it doesn’t recognize the purchase and I’m stuck on the free tier having paid for premium. Emailed support we will see. ### 1/5 — Do not pay for this app *2025-04-12* I paid for one month of this app and never received timely notifications in comparison to the realtime notifications I received from the app stakeout (free version). When I did receive a notification from this app it was so late the reservation was long gone. Also I’d get 1 notification for about every 3 I got from the other app. I was disappointed with the service asked for reimbursement the company sent me to Apple who denied it…be careful what services you pay for they don’t need to actually work to be considered “functional” ### 1/5 — Delayed notifications *2025-04-01, version 1.0.12* By the time I received the notifications, the revelations were unavailable. It wasn’t until I got a different app that I realized how delayed these notifications are. Some wouldn’t appear at all and some would come minutes later. They need to update their algorithm to make it faster. Also, I paid to upgrade but still only could make 6 reservation watches at a time. So glitchy. Not worth the money. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-02-20, version 1.0.12* This app did not work at all. Didn’t get notifications even though I had everything checked correctly. Also it didn’t find tables for me - I signed up for stakeout and that worked and found tables and alerted me. I contacted help and they basically said it was me and wouldn’t refund me. It was not me. Use stakeout instead - way better in all ways ### 1/5 — Sketchy App… *2023-11-17* The app never alerted me to reservations that became available. This was in a 2 week period. and not one alert. I ended up checking Disney’s official website periodically and saw when people cancelled their reservations that way. I recommend doing that over this app. Also, you won’t be able to delete your account after signing up. This function doesn’t work in the app, probably by design. “Customer Service” has ignored multiple requests for a deletion. The only response I received included instructions how to cancel a subscription, which did not address my issue. They’ve ignored all subsequent emails since then. My guess is they won’t delete so they can keep your info on file or sell your info to other marketers. ### 1/5 — Not Notified About Available Reservations 15 minutes later *2023-11-08* I got suspicious that this app wasn’t checking availability because I have gotten. No alerts for several weeks. I signed up for the Stakeout app and got a notification within a few hours of availability. I know that there has been availability for one of my alerts for 20 minutes and the app hasn’t notified me. For harder to get reservations this is way too long when other apps are alerting way more quickly. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2023-01-13, version 1.0.3* What a terrible waste of time and memory on my phone. If you skip through selecting a payment plan which I get but the price is a bit up there for people who do one trip a year or two to switch it up. After you skip you can’t do a thing.
