The buyer claimed the card was not used and requested cancellation, but the card showed as redeemed the same day. Despite providing screenshots and timestamps, the negotiation resulted in the seller receiving 0 points, and the issue was never properly investigated. Support responses were repetitive and did not address the evidence. This raises major concerns about escrow protection, dispute handling, and seller safety.
