Also unable to create an account as it says there’s an “unexpected failure” when all the information is entered. Trying from a android device, it let me create my account but timed out almost instantly upon logging in. When I try to reset the password for the heck of it, I get a message “cannot connect to server”. It doesn’t have a feature that you can use to contact support. This app is terrible.
