Horrible app. Constant login issues and shows the prompt incorrect password when it is correct. Also unable to create an account as it says there’s an “unexpected failure” when all the information is entered. Trying from a android device, it let me create my account but timed out almost instantly upon logging in. Do better.

I have been login issues forever even though I know the password is correct. When I try to reset the password for the heck of it, I get a message “cannot connect to server”. It doesn’t have a feature that you can use to contact support. This app is terrible. Do better!

Been trying to log into app since the start of the year without success. Magna state they were having issues with Apples devices in June and still can’t log in, it’s now October and no change so I deleted it

It never updates my points. Other only thing it’s it’s good for is to have a virtual card on the phone. Everything else is a total failure. Especially on iPhone XR.

I was having issue logging in with my apple device and I contacted customer care and got my issue resolved. I love their customer service and their agents are very nice. Keep it up Magna & keep improving.
