Das zu suchende Objekt muss halt aus Eisen sein und von Strom durchflossen werden. Je höher der Strom um so besser. It does not seem to do anything worthwhile and it doesn’t really explain what you have to do. I will stick to a proper stud finder thanks. The visual and vibration effects are excellent, and variable sensitivity helps. The beeps are simply annoying but they can be shut off. More sensitive than expected and can detect near field increases with load in PMDC motors. Would like to have the option to capture max values, but overall this app is certainly worth the price. ### 5/5 — Needs user controlled sound threshold *2021-08-05* One of the better mag field detector apps. As it is now, the sound is either on or off. It would be much more useful if the user could configure the threshold at which the sound comes on, which would make it configurable as an alert as well as a simple audible field strength indicator. The app is really simple and very consistent. Plus, it’s great fun to play with 😎. Now I just need to figure out why my iHome alarm clock/stereo system pegs the meter off the charts while my 16 plug surge protector barely registers! Put a map compass on a picnic table and you can see the needle point to screws and bolts.
