On the iPad Pro the magnetic north is always wrong.
The app provides no way to force a calibration.

Vor paar Jahren, auf dem iPad 3 lief die App geschmeidig, und war kostenlos, nun kostet sie 1,99€ und ruckelt auf dem iPhone 6S 🙄

Diese App ist eine von den wenigen, die ich bewerte, weil ich sie wirklich gut ist und eine gute Bewertung verdient.

Also:
-Die App tut genau das was sie soll
-Läuft perfekt unter iOS7
-ist wirklich auch einfach zum Spaß ganz interessant, zum Beispiel kann man prima beobachten, wie sich die Magnetfelder in einem Elektromotor ständig umdrehen. Hätte nie gedacht, dass das bei einem iPad so exakt funktioniert.

After turning off "Screen Rotation" the screen will nevertheless rotate once before locking.

I'm not sure how this app could look any cooler than it does. It really helps you visualize the invisible forces acting on the iPhones sensors. This must be what evil geniuses play with when they aren't trying to kill  James Bond. All I need now is a monocle and a white Persian cat.

This app is quite sensitive and visually impressive. I've been measuring Gauss units from my various devices, iPod Touch, iPad, Kindle, etc. I'm wondering what impact, if any, those fields have on me? For example, do those devices near my head contribute to insomnia or other possible health issues? Useful app! Very interesting.

There needs to be more apps like this! (Apps that use APIs to give you fundamental information of the world around you) This allows you to view the direction and intensity of the magnetic field around you.

Work well on my 4S.  I would suggest not getting strong magnets near the phone.  It will not hurt the electronics, but it could make the phone frame slightly magnetic and interfere with the compass.

I love the 3D visualization of the sensors. It would be cool if it included the gyro data as well as logging. It could be useful for science experiments.

It is terrible so I deleted it but it kept coming back to my home screen

The magnetometer function works OK but not in all modes. The compass star rotates briefly after the built-in compass has been activated but then locks up. The accelerometer doesn't respond at all, it just gives a fixed red arrow. 

Good for entertaining a 4-year-old using a little magnet to make the blue arrow dance; but that's about all.

Durch das Update bin ich nun die alte Version los die auf meinem 3Gs
noch mit OS 3.1.3 lief. Na klasse.

Bitte umgehend wieder OS 3.1.3-kompatibel machen!
Please provide OS 3.1.3 compatibilty again URGENTLY!

A mon tour de poster un avis, le précédent datant d’il y a 10 ans… En plus de montrer la direction du champ magnétique en 3D, je vous invite à le passer au-dessus d’un matelas à ressorts, vous serez sans doute surpris.

Tutte le funzioni di accelerometro e magnetometro con le varie opzioni danno un chiara interpretazione dei valori e delle loro variazioni grazie al doppio display grafico e numerico.
Ovviamente la precisione dipende dalla risoluzione e offset del dispositivo su cui è installata l’applicazione.

I have used this app since the iPhone 3 came out to locate and find the orientation of hidden magnets. It stopped working for me after IOS 9 but the recent update has it working better than ever on an iPhone 6s Plus. I highly recommend it, especially with the new features.

Very good app.  Impressive 3 dimensional magnetometer read out.  I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is and seems to be quite accurate and sensitive.  Well done.

Funktioniert super! Selbst elektrische Leitungen lassen sich detektiere solane sie nah genug ans iPhone gehalten werden.
Verstehe allerdings die Pfeilrichtung nicht. Man bemerkt zwar Änderungen im Magnetfeld direkt aber der Peil bleibt immer gleich und nicht nach Norden ausgerichtet. Ist die Sensitivität absichtlich runtergeschraubt?

This app is so cool. I use it all the time when I'm messing around in my yard. I can usually always find some rocks that are magnetic or a random piece of metal. Very fun to use.
