Those who have this site are scam, they’re the one set robot to be chatting with people and they keep charging people for money

To give you a clearer view, the two icons you see are for demo, to help you understand how the app functions. There is definitely no scam. ‘Demo Magnett’ is clearly mentioned next to their name. 
Magnett app is a great tool to break the ice and make a move in order to connect to someone you see and like! Stay Magnettic!
